Agreement

By accessing or using the Offsys Intel platform (“Service”) operated by Offsys Labs Private Limited (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.

Service description

Offsys Intel monitors public and semi-public threat-intelligence sources to provide early-warning alerts, compliance clocks, supplier-exposure reports and analytical briefings related to ransomware and cyber threats.

Intelligence disclaimers

• Alerts are based on observed data from public and semi-public sources. We do not guarantee completeness or timeliness.
• The absence of an alert does not mean a threat does not exist.
• Signals (forecasts) are experimental and carry uncertainty ranges. They are not predictions of specific attacks.
• Our service does not replace your own incident-response, legal counsel or regulatory obligations.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to identify, contact, harass, or retaliate against victims of ransomware attacks. You may not redistribute raw data feeds without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Offsys Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law, jurisdiction & arbitration

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Subject to the foregoing arbitration clause, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms.
